Green Bay Packers’ Rookie WR, Matthew Golden is Single, and Has No Confirmed Relationship History

This article was last updated by on

Matthew Golden, a 22-year-old first-round pick for the Green Bay Packers in the 2025 Draft, is reportedly single.

He is one of the few draftees of the 2025 season who is not in a relationship and has no confirmed dating history publicly.

While many fans and media outlets have attempted to connect Matthew Golden and Kay Adams, 39, a sports caster and television personality, the news is entirely false, although she is also single.

She has also been previously linked to Danny Amendola and C.J. Uzomah, with no confirmations. She later addressed the fake rumors.

Matthew, now just at the start of his professional career on one of the biggest stages, is entirely focused on bringing the Super Bowl to Wisconsin after 15 years.

Full Focus On the Packers

He signed a four-year (with one year of extension option), $17.58 million contract after being selected 23rd overall in this year’s draft, making him one of the highest-paid WRs in Packers’ history.

The WR was drafted straight out of the University of Texas after finishing his junior year. He joined the Texas Longhorns in December 2023, after serving two seasons with the University of Houston.

He began his Football Journey at Klein Cain High School in Houston, Texas, and was a Star wide receiver with 167 catches, 3,242 yards, and 32 touchdowns.

Coming to the new NFL season, which resumed on Thursday, September 4, 2025, he has already made a couple of appearances for the Packers.

The Packers are already on a winning streak at the start of the season, and the rookie had a decent start too, with a couple of touches, and was clearly part of the plan for Matt LaFleur.

The Packers’ next game in the NFL is against the Cleveland Browns, on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at Huntington Bank Field.
