A Reisterstown soccer coach accused of sexually abusing and exploiting two boys is facing six additional felony charges following a new indictment filed in Baltimore County Circuit Court.
Roberto Carlos Huezo Garcia, 30, was arrested Aug. 12 after Baltimore County Police investigated allegations involving boys between the ages of 10 and 15. According to court records cited in the report, Garcia has remained held without bond since his arrest.
New indictment adds six felony counts
The latest indictment was filed Monday in Baltimore County Circuit Court and adds six counts of sexual abuse of a minor involving two alleged victims.
The new case also includes allegations of sexual solicitation of a minor, attempted third degree sex offense, displaying obscene material to a minor and indecent exposure to a minor.
The additional charges expand an investigation that previously resulted in Garcia’s arrest. Authorities have alleged that the former soccer coach engaged in sexual misconduct involving young boys.
