He was raised in Pittsfield, then enrolled in Central Berkshire District Schools in Dalton starting in the first grade.

Before he got to kindergarten, he started playing T-ball, then Babe Ruth, and Little League in Pittsfield.

He moved to Hinsdale with his family when he was in middle school. Later, he attended Necassus, where he continued playing baseball.

While in middle school, he ruptured his spleen in a snowboarding crash at Bousquet Mountain Ski Area.

At Wahconah High School, he pitched and played first base for the varsity baseball team. And he lettered in football.

After graduating from Wahconah, Juliano attended Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, but didn’t graduate.

He enjoyed being outdoors in the Berkshires, particularly bass fishing on Richmond Pond or Muddy Pond.

Juliano had recently bought a kayak and often went fishing in the early morning before going to work and after work.

He added,
