New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll underwent a significant weight loss journey in mid-2025, which he attributes to his rigorous Pilates routine.

Recently, Daboll has been facing lots of pressure following a disappointing 0–3 start to the season.

While the team has not been performing well at the moment, Brian appears to be planning something that may be revealed in Week 4.

New York Giants Head Coach Brian Daboll Once Lost 50 Pounds During the 2024 Off Season!

In the 2024 offseason, Brian Daboll underwent a remarkable transformation, losing approximately 50 pounds.

His weight loss journey has garnered attention, with Daboll attributing his success to a combination of Pilates, dietary adjustments, and a competitive spirit.

Daboll’s primary method for weight loss was Pilates, specifically a regimen at DTR Pilates in Wyckoff, New Jersey. It was the recommendation of his friend’s wife during dinner.

He described the initial sessions as challenging, saying:

It’s called DTR Pilates in Wyckoff. It’s a friend of my wife, and we were having dinner one day, and I said, “Hey, I think I want to try that.” So I started going. The first few weeks I was not too pleased with it; I was pretty sore, but I tried to stick with it. You go pretty early in the morning. As you get older, there are fewer things you can do, so we’ll see how that goes. You don’t have a lot of time to do other things other than football, so we’ll see how it goes.

In addition to his exercise routine, Daboll made conscious dietary changes to support his weight loss goals.

He focused on a balanced diet including lean meats, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, emphasizing proper nutrition rather than simply reducing calorie intake.

Over the course of his journey, Daboll reportedly lost a significant amount of weight, though he acknowledged minor fluctuations.

Having lost a significant amount of weight, which is clearly visible, Daboll has motivated and inspired others who are seeking the same.
