Liam Coen, the current head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars, led the team to a dramatic turnaround in the 2025–26 NFL season.

Most recently, he delivered an emotional message to his players after their playoff loss to the Buffalo Bills.

Coen began his coaching career in 2010 at Brown University before being named head coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars on January 24, 2025.
