“The NBA suspended Primo for four games without pay in September 2023 for “conduct detrimental to the league” following an independent investigation. The league investigation confirmed that Primo “engaged in inappropriate and offensive behavior by exposing himself to women.“
Bexar County Criminal District Attorney Joe Gonzales announced that,
“More than one prosecutor reviewed the evidence on each charge in this case, Each determined that there was simply not enough evidence to prove the required elements of the charge and meet a prosecutor’s statutory obligation.”
Therefore, Primo declined charges of indecent exposure due to insufficient evidence.
“Primo maintains that his conduct was not intentional, and the league did not find evidence that he engaged in any sexual or other misconduct apart from these brief exposures,” the league statement read. “Nevertheless, this behavior does not conform to league standards and warrants discipline.”

The Los Angeles Clippers signed Primo in September 2023, but he wasn’t seen on any NBA games for that season.
“Even before signing with the Clippers, he admitted to going to therapy to deal with his exhibitionism problems. The player has preferred not to speak out further on the subject in all this time, but it is obvious that this episode represents a practically indelible stain on his short record.”
