Prior to his current position, Aaron served as the assistant coach of the Quadrio Earthmoving Geraldton Buccaneers and as the head coach of the State U18 Country team.
Alex’s father, Aaron Ducas, started playing basketball at a very young age of 6. He played basketball at John Willcock Senior High School, leading his team to several victories.
Similarly, Aaron represented Geraldton at numerous State Championships and Country Weeks as both player and coach.
He is a four-time GABA MVP, an inaugural member, and captain of the Geraldton Buccaneers and has coached Western Australia representative teams at National Championships.
In addition to his coaching career, Aaron Ducas has served as the project leader of Water Corporation in Geraldton, Western Australia, since 2019 and as a New Homes Consultant of Plunkett Homes for over 12 years.
Prior to that, Aaron served as the Project Manager for WBHO Civil for four years and as the Project Manager for Northcoast Holdings for 13 years.
