New Orleans Saints QB Tyler James Shough’s Three Siblings,Brady, Cori, and Beth, Are Thriving and Making Strides in Their Respective Careers

Tyler James Shough, an American professional football quarterback for the New Orleans Saints in the NFL, is more than just his profession; he is a proud brother to his three siblings.

Born on September 28, 1999, in Chandler, Arizona, to parents Glenn and Dana Shough, Tyler is the fourth of five siblings.

He is blessed with two elder half-sisters, Elizabeth ‘Beth’ Maxine Serino and Cori Clausman, and a younger brother named Brady Shough.

According to reports, his elder brother, whose name is unknown, passed away in 2006 at the age of 19, a few weeks after Tyler’s mother Dana’s diagnosis with stage-4 breast cancer.

Shough’s parents Glenn and Dana, are college sweethearts who both attended Arizona State University.

While it is unclear if Tyler’s elder siblings, Cori and Beth, played sports, he and his younger brother Brady followed in their father’s footsteps in sports and began their athletic journey from a very young age.

Glenn played college football at a Division III school, Cal Lutheran, and later served as a police officer, before retiring from his position and continuing his career as an educator teaching criminal justice and diver’s education.

Tyler and Brady often credit their father, Glenn,, for being their first coach and instilling in them the love and passion for sports.

While Tyler Shough’s athletic journey is well-known, his brother has also won the hearts of many with his impressive collegiate and high school sports career.

Brady played as a defensive back at Northern Arizona University from 2021 to 2023, majoring in political science.

During his college career, he appeared in 14 games between 2021 and 2022, recording 19 tackles in 2022, including six solo tackles, and achieving one interception returned for a touchdown—a pick-six against Arizona’s Will Plummer in 2021, Northern Arizona’s only defensive touchdown that season.

He was recognized for his academic excellence, earning the Golden Eagle Award in both 2022 and 2023, as well as a spot on the 2022 Big Sky All-Academic Team.

In 2023, Brady exited the team before the season began. Before college, both Brady and Tyler played high school football at Hamilton High School in Chandler, Arizona, where Brady spent three years as a starter and served as team captain for one season.

He finished his high school career with 56 receptions for 668 yards and four touchdowns, alongside 80 tackles—including 49 solo—and three interceptions. During his senior season, the Huskies went 6-1 and reached the AIA Open Division title game, while his junior season ended with an 8-2 record and a run to the open division semifinals in 2019.

Brady earned All-6A Premier Region honorable mention three times throughout his high school career, highlighting his consistent performance on both sides of the ball.

Tyler Shough’s Three Siblings Are Thriving in Their Respective Careers

Although Tyler Shough’s younger brother, Brady, didn’t pursue his career in sports professionally, he is thriving in his career as a financial and insurance professional.

Since June 2025, Brady has been serving as an account executive at Goosehead Insurance Agency in Dallas, Texas.

Prior to that, he served as a line service technician at Wiseman Aviation Inc. in Flagstaff, Arizona, for nearly two years and criminal investigator at the Flagstaff Police Department for five months.

Meanwhile, Tyler’s elder sister, Elizabeth Maxine Seriona, aka Beth Serino, is excelling in her career as a dedicated Ob/Gyn physician with a passion for empowering women and caring for their health.

Originally from Arizona, Elizabeth attended Arizona State University, majoring in microbiology and minoring in Spanish.

She was always drawn to women’s healthcare and knew early on that she wanted to become an ob-gyn.

After completing her undergraduate studies, she spent time in Mammoth Lakes, California, where she developed a love for snowboarding and the outdoors.

She later attended Georgetown University School of Medicine on the East Coast before returning to the West Coast for her residency in Ob/Gyn at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Now based in Ventura, California, Elizabeth is grateful to be close to her extended family and enjoys exploring everything Southern California has to offer with her husband and two sons.

As a full-spectrum generalist, she provides comprehensive care to women through all stages of life, including pregnancy, birth control, and gynecological issues.

Elizabeth values work-life balance, focusing on her patients during work and dedicating time to her family outside of it.

She thrives on staying active, enjoying the outdoors, reading, and having family dinners, all while delivering high-quality care at Kaiser Permanente.

Talking about Tyler’s other elder sister, Cori Clausman, who lives in Los Angeles with her family, however, very little information about her professional journey is available as she prefers to maintain a low profile.
