Rob Pelinka, the vice president of basketball operations and the Los Angeles Lakers general manager, is married to Dr. Kristin Brett Schwarz Pelinka.

The two were engaged for a short time in the first half of the year, and they went on to get married in August 2005.

They have enjoyed a successful marriage with a solid working relationship and shared values over the years.

Dr. Kristin Pelinka was born on the 2nd of September 1976 as the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Kenneth Schwarz in Corona del Mar, California.

She attended Corona del Mar High School before pursuing higher education at Duke University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 1998.

Following her undergraduate studies, she completed her medical degree at UCLA School of Medicine in 2003 and her residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Dr. Pelinka has more than two decades of experience in pediatrics.

Kristin has practiced in clinics and hospitals, such as Pacific Ocean Pediatrics, Kiddox Medical Group, and Coastal Kids.

She has been working at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach since she returned to her hometown.

In 2016, she established her pediatrician office, Dr. Kristin Pelinka, MD, Inc., in Costa Mesa.

She is particularly interested in child development, behavior problems, and special needs kids, demonstrating her commitment to providing caring healthcare.

Dr. Pelinka is also known for volunteering at The Painted Turtle Camp, helping children with life-threatening diseases.

This comes from her family’s values; her father, Kenneth Schwarz, established the Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare before his passing in 1995.
