NBA Oklahoma City Thunder star Aaron Wiggins is not only excelling in his professional career but also thriving as a proud brother to four siblings.

While many NBA fans wonder if Aaron Wiggins is the younger brother of Miami Heat star Andrew Wiggins, despite having a similar surname, they come from different family backgrounds.

Aaron Wiggins was born on January 2, 1999, in Greensboro, North Carolina, United States, to parents Timothy ‘Tim’ and Serena as the second eldest of the five siblings.

The Thunder’s star is the proud brother of four siblings, including an elder sister named Shekinah Oliver, younger brothers Joshua and Zacchaeus, and younger sister, Imanai.

Aaron Wiggins’ father, Tim, played basketball at King’s College and later at North Carolina A&T, whereas his mother, Serena, played at Glenn High School and Winston-Salem State.

Furthermore, Aaron Wiggins and his parents are not the only athletes in the house; his two younger brothers, Joshua and Zacchaeus ‘Zacch’, are also showcasing their exceptional basketball skills, following in the footsteps of their brother and parents.

Aaron Wiggins’ Brother Joshua Wiggins Is Set To Enter The 2025 NBA Draft

Like Aaron Wiggins, his younger brother Joshua Wiggins also aimed to become an NBA player from a very young age and is currently eligible for the 2025 NBA Draft.

Joshua Wiggins recently graduated from Fayetteville State University in May 2025. During his four-year tenure at FSU, he led his team to several victories, winning numerous honorable titles.

Standing at a towering height of 6’5”, Joshua appeared in 14 games, averaging 2.4 PPG and 1.3 RPG, along with 7 steals, and scored a season-high 9 points during his Freshman year at FSU.

During his Sophomore year, Joshua played in 9 games and scored a season-high 7 points, whereas in his junior year, he scored his season high of 6 points in a match against Methodist.

Prior to FSU, Joshua showcased his amazing basketball skills playing for the Wesleyan Christian Academy men’s basketball team, the Trojans, and was a member of the 2020 NCISAA 4A State quarterfinals team.

Aaron Wiggins’ Youngest Brother, Zacchaeus ‘Zacch’, Currently Plays At Old Dominion University

Zacchaeus “Zacch” Wiggins, the youngest brother of Aaron Wiggins, is making strides in his own basketball journey as a member of Old Dominion University’s men’s basketball team.

Zacch, a three-star recruit, was selected as Old Dominion’s first men’s basketball commit of the 2025 class on September 15, 2025.

Furthermore, Zacch committed to Old Dominion over offers from several renowned colleges, including his brother Aaron’s alma mater, the University of Maryland.

Before committing to Old Dominion, Zacch played for the Wesleyan Christian Academy as a small forward, leading his team in several victories.

Aaron Wiggins’ Elder Sister, Shekinah Oliver, Is An Epidemiologist Based In Florida

Prior to that, she worked as a Biological Scientist IV and Health Educator Consultant at the Florida Department of Health.

Earning her Master of Public Health degree from the University of South Florida in 2021, she also worked as an intern at the university, where she conducted an IRB-approved study for BIPOC Focus Groups and Victim Advocacy Campus Hot Spot Mapping.

Likewise, Shekinah earned her Bachelor’s degree in public health from East Carolina University in 2020.

During her time there, she also served as a student assistant at the Brody School of Medicine and worked as an Assistant Administrative Support Specialist at the university.
