It was in 2010 during the National TV Awards, Ade spotted a lady (Linda) who was sitting alone after her friends gatecrashed. So, he went to chat with her & was welcomed with a positive aura.
Adepitan asked her email to send her pictures they clicked together, which then resulted in an email chat. At that time, she was beginning her career as a singer, & knew Ade as one of the BBC presenters.

During one of the chats, he mentioned that he had seen YouTube cover videos of Harrison, so, she said, “I was like, if he’s going to stalk me, I’m going to stalk him.”
