Adrian Morejon debuted in the major league on July 21, 2019. Before his tenure in the major league, he had bagged the 2019 All-Star Futures Game with the Amarillo Sod Poodles.

As for his debut game, Adrian appeared in the match against the Chicago Cubs. He ended the year with three starts, a 4.66 ERA with 25 strikeouts in 19.1 innings, and a 2–2 record. 

After his surgery recovery in June 2022, Morejón returned to the Padre’s active roster.

On January 13, 2023, Morejón agreed to a one-year, $800K contract with the Padres, avoiding salary arbitration.
