The American Fork High School star athlete and native of Utah, Liam Pinkerton, passed away on Tuesday, March 11.
Although the exact cause of Pinkerton’s untimely death is not known, his family stated that he passed away unexpectedly.
Liam was an amazing athlete who played multiple sports in high school and showcased his exceptional football skills playing for the football team.
He excelled not only in sports but also academically, and he was known for his cheerful and humble nature.
Liam’s untimely demise has left a profound void in the lives of his family, friends, and loved ones.
He will always be remembered for his kind, cheerful nature and athletic skills.

Left to cherish the life of the late Liam Pinkerton are his parents Jay and Kelli Pinkerton, two sisters Larissa and Lily Pinkerton, his uncle, aunt, grandparents, and the entire family.
According to his family, Liam was an extraordinary person with so many people who loved him.
The entire family is heartbroken by the unexpected and untimely demise of their beloved Liam Pinkerton.
In a Gofundme page organized by his elder sister, Larissa Pinkerton, the family wrote,
“We, as a family, are heartbroken to say that Liam passed very unexpectedly Tuesday, March 11th, at just 16 years old. He was an extraordinary person with so many people that loved him. Liam leaving us at this time has left anyone that knew him heartbroken.”

To date, a total of 201 donations have been generously made to support the fundraiser.
This has helped raise 72% of the goal, amounting to $14,440 out of the $20,000 target set to cover funeral expenses.

Similarly, Liam’s funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21, at 11 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 680 Nathan Barnes Road, American Fork.
A viewing will be held from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., prior to the service.
