After college, Lindsey worked as a Vice President at Merrill Lynch until 2012. Since then, she has been working as a development officer at Bucknell University.
The couple started dating during college and maintained a long-distance relationship for four years while Charles played basketball in Europe.
They married after Charles retired from professional basketball in 2010 and returned to the United States.
Lindsey and Charles have three children: Corinne, Vivian, and Josephine Lee.
