Judy Trammell, head choreographer of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, is celebrated in dance and football and enjoys a happy life with her husband, Dick Trammell.

Together, they’ve built a beautiful family, raised three successful children, and celebrated nearly five decades of love.

Judy And Dick Tied The Knot In August 1978, Begining On A Journey That Would Span Over Four Decades

On August 19, 2023, Judy celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary with a heartfelt Instagram post, sharing thoughtful photos from their years together.

Happy 45th Anniversary!!” she wrote, capturing the joy of their enduring bond.

From their early days in Texas to raising a family in Garland, their love has only grown stronger.

Dick, a Mesquite, Texas native and North Mesquite High School alumnus, is a successful entrepreneur.

Since January 1995, he has owned Courier Management Systems, a Dallas-Fort Worth-based company known for providing reliable courier services at affordable prices.

His business sense and dedication mirror Judy’s passion for choreography, making them a power couple in their respective fields.

Judy and Dick are proud parents to three children: Taylor, Cassie, and Blair.

Each person has taken their own route, showing the values of hard work and determination that their parents taught them.

Taylor Trammell, the eldest son, is the Director of Procurement at Array Medical.

A graduate of South Garland High School, Taylor has followed in his father’s footsteps with a knack for business and leadership.

Cassie Trammell inherited her mother’s love for cheerleading.

She cheered for eight years with Cheer Athletics, earning a national title and two gold medals at the Allstar Cheerleading World Championships with the Cheer Athletics Panthers.

Cassie’s talent led her to the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, where she shone from 2008 to 2013, serving as a group leader in her fourth and fifth seasons.

Her grace and leadership made her a standout, much like her mother.

Blair Trammell, the youngest, works as a Sales & Procurement Specialist at Array Medical, alongside his brother Taylor.

A graduate of Dallas College Brookhaven, Blair combines his education with a passion for contributing to the family’s business endeavors.

The Trammell family calls Garland, Texas, home, where they’ve built a tight-knit life filled with love and support for one another.

Judy’s Journey With The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Started When She Became A Performer

From 1980 to 1984, she cheered for four years, serving as a group leader and show group member.

Trained in jazz, pom, drill team, and tap dance, Judy brought energy and precision to every routine.

Her talent didn’t go unnoticed, and in 1984, she became an assistant choreographer.

By 1991, she was promoted to head choreographer, a role she has held with grace and innovation ever since.

After DCC Director Kelli Finglass, Judy is the second former cheerleader to take on an administrative role within the organization.

Her choreography has become synonymous with the DCC’s signature style—polished, dynamic, and unforgettable.

Beyond the field, Judy has appeared on television shows like Dr. T & the Women, The View, and Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, showcasing her charisma and expertise to a broader audience.

While Judy shines in the spotlight, Dick thrives behind the scenes as the owner of Courier Management Systems.

For over 30 years, his company has served the Dallas-Fort Worth area, earning a reputation for quality and reliability.

Dick’s entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence complement Judy’s creative drive, creating a partnership that strikes a balance between personal and professional success.

Hailing from Mesquite, Dick’s roots in Texas run deep. His education at North Mesquite High School laid the foundation for a career built on determination and community connection.

Together, they have created a life that celebrates both their individual achievements and their shared values.

As they continue to live in Garland, Texas, the Trammells remain a shining example of what it means to build a life together.

Whether on the football field or in the boardroom, Judy Trammell and her husband, Dick, prove that with love and hard work, anything is possible.
