The Tampa Bay Rays nominated Toles in the third stage of the Major League Baseball draft. After his foremost professional season, with the Princeton Rays of the Rookie-level Appalachian League, he fluttered .281.

Mental Health and Legal Issues

Toles fought with mental health issues throughout his professional career.
