The Tampa Bay Rays nominated Toles in the third stage of the Major League Baseball draft. After his foremost professional season, with the Princeton Rays of the Rookie-level Appalachian League, he fluttered .281.

Mental Health and Legal Issues

Toles fought with mental health issues throughout his professional career.

He was dragged by anxiety matters and struggled to doze while the Rays contracted him for playing in the minor league. As a result, he presented himself late at the ballpark and ended up making major mental errors in the arena.
