Ashleigh Young attended St Mary’s College and completed high school in 2010.
She then graduated with a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation Management degree from the University of South Australia in 2015.
Her commitment to sports administration led her to various roles, including positions with the Football Federation South Australia, the SANFL’s girls under-18s State Team Manager, and an administrative assistant at Sacred Heart College.
Moreover, she was a support and fundraising team member for the Brighton Jetty Classic Sculptures.
In 2022, she joined Norwood Football Club as the Female Football Coordinator.
