Ian Cunningham, an American professional football executive and general manager of the Atlanta Falcons, has been married to Justine, and they have three children.

Justine has been supportive of his athletic career throughout his journey.

The Chicago Bears assistant general manager Ian Cunningham is departing to become the general manager of the Atlanta Falcons.

He spent the past four years as the top aide to Bears general manager Ryan Poles, who hired him shortly after taking over football operations in 2022.

Ian was a college offensive lineman who brought valuable experience from previous roles with the Baltimore Ravens and Philadelphia Eagles.

The Falcons are restructuring their leadership after firing general manager Terry Fontenot and coach Raheem Morris. He will work under the president of football operations, Matt Ryan.

Ian Cunningham Lives a Private Life Away From Tabloids

Ian Cunningham is a well-known figure in the NFL, celebrated for his sharp eye for talent and his rise through the league’s front offices.

However, away from the spotlight, his most important teammate is his wife, Justine.

Ian and Justine married and built a family together, raising three children.

Ian’s professional achievements are regularly documented, but the detailed information about Justine is intentionally scarce.

She appears in occasional mentions of his personal life but has never been the focus of public media coverage. Undoubtedly, she is a supportive life partner.

The married couple has clearly chosen a pretty private lifestyle.

In an era where many sports figures share their lives publicly, Ian and Justine Cunningham have successfully kept their relationship and family matters out of the headlines.

They have created a quiet, protected space for their children, prioritizing normalcy away from the glare of the NFL world.
