She combines her expertise in marketing, corporate partnerships, and events with her passion for reshaping the way people connect to food.

She also serves as a board member at “Loving Connections,” where she leads marketing, fundraising, and social media efforts to support therapeutic riding and equine connection programs for individuals with special needs.

Marlee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Arizona, along with an Associate’s degree in Equine Science and a certificate in American Sign Language.

She later expanded into sports marketing, gaining hands-on experience with the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour and the Cactus Crew at Salt River Fields, where she supported both the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Colorado Rockies.

From 2022 to 2025, she worked with Horses Help as a Volunteer and Marketing Coordinator, overseeing more than 300 volunteers weekly, leading rebranding efforts, and managing community engagement.

In 2024, she took on a seasonal role as a Ranch Hand in Wyoming, where she learned the realities of ranching, land stewardship, and animal care.
