They met through mutual friends in the entertainment and sports industry, and their connection grew from there.

Over the years, their relationship has beautifully evolved from marriage to parenthood as they built a family with their two kids.

The couple have effortlessly balanced their personal lives with their children and thriving careers.

Tee and Toya got married on November 3, 2005, in a beautiful ceremony in the presence of friends and family.

The couple welcomed their first son, Kaden Martin, on March 15, 2004, a year before their marriage.

Later, they welcomed their youngest son, Cannon Martin, in 2012, completing their family of four.

Over the years, their family has grown from just the two of them, and alongside that, their responsibilities as parents have expanded.

Recently, on November 3, 2024, the pair celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary, marking nearly two decades of love and partnership.

On the occasion, Toya even shared a picture of the couple with a heartfelt caption showcasing their bond that read,

Toya Martin Has Been Less Active in Her Music Career Than Her Earlier Years!

Born on July 22, 1983, Toya is best known for her hit single “I Do!!” which reached number 16 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 in 2001.

Toya started her career young by signing with Courtney Benson and Tony Davis‘s production company, Hit City Music Group.

Later, her production company introduced her to Arista Records, where she signed a major record deal.

Her breakthrough came with the release of her debut single, “I Do!!” in 2001, which even made the cut into the Billboard charts.

This initial success led to the release of her self-titled debut album later that year, followed with her second single,No Matta What (Party All Night)” in 2002.

After a hiatus from recording music, Toya announced in 2011 that she wanted to return to the music scene.

In 2013, she stated that she was working on new music and has since released occasional new tracks and engaged with her fans on social media.

However, she hasn’t released a full-length album since her debut in 2001 and is not as active as she was in the past during the peak of her career.

Nonetheless, she continues to work on her music occasionally while managing her role as a mother and wife in her personal life.
