Kerry Wood and Sarah Pates Wood met in 2000 at Cactus, a small bar and grill in Chicago, when Sarah was attending school and working at the establishment.
The couple dated for around 10 months, and in November 2002, they tied the knot in Hawaii.
As of 2026, Kerry and Sarah have been married for over 23 years.
