They both attended Sierra Canyon School in Los Angeles, where Bronny rose to fame on the basketball court, and Parker played on the softball team.
Their friendship has blossomed into romance and sparked dating rumors in August 2024 during the Paris Olympics.
Bronny was photographed sitting with Parker in the stands watching Team USA basketball take on Brazil. They were captured on video walking hand-in-hand through the streets of Paris, making their relationship clear.
A few months later, Parker made it official on social media with a sweet tribute to Bronny for National Boyfriend Day.

They are the children of veteran actor Dondré T. Whitfield and actress Salli Richardson-Whitfield, who have been married since 2002.
Dre is deeply dedicated to his golf sport.

He has been a part of the UGA National Team and has competed in numerous prestigious tournaments, including the 2025 Mack Champ Invitational and the Notah Begay West Coast Invitational.
Most recently, he finished his competition at the SCPGA Jr. Tour The Legends Fall 1 and World Stars Junior Championship Notah Begay Regional in Las Vegas.
So blessed to have another season of underrated under my belt. This tour has been nothing short of amazing. The moments and friends that I have made this year are unforgettable, and I can’t wait for next year.
