Blake Gaudry | Early Life And Education 

Born on November 19, 1991, in New South Wales, Australia, Blake Gaudry is the son of Brian Gaudry (father) and Noreen Gaudry (mother).

Sarah Barnett was the Australian trampolinist’s first coach at Castle Hill Gymnastics Club. Michelle Osen became Blake’s coach after he moved to Seven Hills.

Before Blake moved to Adelaide, Belinda Wakeham from the Ryde RSL Trampoline Club began tutoring him.

Fortunately, he received trampoline scholarships from the South Asian Sports Institution (SASI) in Adelaide for four years.

Blake placed eighth in the 2011 National Champion at the national level. In the 2007 Junior Australian Champion, the trampolinist came in eighth place. He won the National Championship in 2009, 2010, and 2012.

International Competitions

Blake participated in 2009, 2010, and 2011 championships, where he ranked 51st, 18th, and 16th, respectively. 

The Australian gymnast came first in the 2012 Pacific Rim Championship’s synchro competition.

Blake came fifth in the Olympic test event in London, earning a seat in the Olympics to compete for Australia in the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.

Furthermore, Gaudry competed in the 2012 Men’s Individual Trampoline event. Australian gymnasts announced him as the only trampoline competitor for the Olympics.

The talented gymnast finished the game in the 13th position with 84.255 points.
