His cousin, Kenton Keith, briefly played for the New York Jets in 2004, which would later become Hall’s team.

Kenton also had a season with the Indianapolis Colts in 2007 and spent six seasons in the CFL.

However, the most notable family member of Hall is his third cousin, Roger Craig, who achieved great success as a running back during the 1980s, particularly with the San Francisco 49ers.

Roger Craig is a three-time Super Bowl champion and is widely regarded as one of the most accomplished players in the league’s history.

Step-Father Jeff Smith

Jeff Smith is a former NFL running back who played for the Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

In his best season, 1986, he gained 1270 all-purpose yards, with 557 from kickoff returns.

Smith had a notable college career, scoring two touchdowns in the 1984 Orange Bowl, nearly leading his team to victory in an epic game against the Miami Hurricanes.

Following his football career, he transitioned to the criminal justice system, working as a Court Services Officer in Wichita, Kansas.

His Mother, Larhonda, Is His Biggest Cheerleader

In 2021, Iowa State Cyclones star Breece Hall concluded the regular season in extraordinary fashion.

Hall became the first player since 1996 to accumulate over 250 scrimmage yards and score four touchdowns in a single game.

Moreover, he etched his name in the NCAA record books by scoring a rushing touchdown in 24 consecutive games, surpassing the previous record held by former standout Bill Burnett.

Hall’s exceptional performance propelled Iowa State to a resounding 48-14 victory over TCU, solidifying his status as a key figure in the team’s success.

However, it was a heartwarming moment shared with his family that captured the attention of media outlets and fans alike, overshadowing even his impressive on-field achievements.

Emotions ran high as Hall made his way toward his family at the Jack Trice Stadium.
