Zach LaVine’s sister, Camryn LaVine, may not be in the NBA spotlight, but she carries the same competitive energy that defines the LaVine family.

From high school athletics to collegiate track, Camryn has quietly built her journey while supporting Zach every step of the way.

The Athletic Legacy Of The LaVine Family

Camryn grew up in Renton, Washington, with Zach and their sisters Chandi and Linda. Their father, Paul LaVine, played professional football in both the USFL and NFL.

Their mother, CJ, was a standout college softball player. With such a foundation, sports were more than a hobby. They were part of everyday life.

At Bothell High School, Camryn was active in both basketball and track. She later joined Golden West Junior College, where her hard work earned her the Most Improved Athlete award.

She recorded personal bests such as 12.79 seconds in the 100 meters and 26.29 seconds in the 200 meters.

She continued her athletic journey at Cal State Los Angeles, where she ran a 12.81 in the 100 meters and 26.77 in the 200 during invitational events.

Her consistency and dedication showed that the LaVine family’s love for sports extended beyond just the basketball court.

The Sister Who Understands the Game

While Zach built his NBA career, Camryn made her mark through quiet strength and family loyalty.

With a growing Instagram following of nearly 59,000, she shares moments from her life, including college, travel, and special family occasions.

She often appears in photos celebrating Zach’s milestones and big games, giving fans a closer look at the man behind the jersey.

Camryn’s background in sports gives her a unique perspective on Zach’s world. She knows what it takes to train hard, stay disciplined, and perform under pressure.

That experience makes her support more than just emotionally. It is rooted in understanding.
