Curt Cignetti is happily married to his wife, Manette Cignetti, and they have three children: Curtis John, Carly Ann, and Natalie Elise.

The family is thrilled about Curt’s recent appointment as the head coach at Indiana Hoosiers.

Curt Cignetti, an American football coach, was previously the head coach of the James Madison Dukes from 2019 to 2023.

Cignetti began his coaching career as a graduate assistant at the University of Pittsburgh after graduating from West Virginia.

Following his father’s coaching legacy of 20 years, Cignetti earned his first head coaching role at IUP, where the Crimson Hawks significantly improved from a 4-10 record to a 33-11 record in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference.

Taking over at James Madison in December 2018, his first season ended with the team finishing 14–2 and reaching the 2020 National Championship.

He officially joined the Indiana Hoosiers on November 30, 2023, as their 30th head coach.

Manette Cignetti, the wife of the head coach, is a private person who prefers to keep her life away from the public eye.

She was born and raised in Indiana, Pennsylvania, but little information is available about her upbringing and early life before marrying Curt Cignetti.

Manette is known for her generosity and frequently donates to the Alzheimer’s Association. Despite the limited information about her, it is clear that she is a dedicated mother and a loving wife.

She resides with her family in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Curt Cignetti’s family has been incredibly supportive of him during his time as the Head Football Coach at James Madison since December 14, 2018.

Curt shared a photo expressing his happiness, mentioning how thrilled the Cignetti family was to join JMU Nation, expressing their excitement and readiness for the journey ahead.

The Couple Share Three Kids Together

Curt and Manette have three children who have achieved success in their respective fields.

Their son, Curtis Cignetti Jr., has been a District Sales Manager at InMode for over five years.

He previously held positions at Nexus Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Account Executive, involved in recruiting and executive search services for the construction industry.

He has also volunteered as a Football Coach at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. 

Curtis is happily married to his wife, Amy Cignetti.

The head coach also has two daughters, Carly Ann and Natalie Elise.

Daughter Natalie Is A Former Volleyball Player

Natalie Elise, their daughter, attended Wake Forest University School of Medicine and later graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

While at Indiana, she was a Volleyball team member and earned All-American and Academic All-America honors and several other accolades.

Natalie graduated as the second all-time top scorer at IUP and ranked fifth for service aces.

She also received several awards, including PSAC Athlete of the Week and IUP Athlete of the Week.

Their other daughter, Carly Ann, is a Doctor and is happily married, though less is known about her.
