Davis Thompson Wife, Holly Grace Robinson
The American golfer is married to Holly Grace Robinson. In November 2022, Thompson went down on one knee and asked her to marry him.
And after a few months of the proposal, the pair shared the vows on May 27, 2023.
Davis and Holly had been dating for a few years before they took the big step. The pair became Facebook official about their relationship via a post on September 6, 2020.
Robinson was born to Eric and Stacy Trawick Robinson. Her father, Eric, is also a big-time golf lover and likes to go fishing in his leisure time.
She grew up with two elder sisters: Hayley Williams and Hayden Degrange.
Hayley is married and shares two daughters, Rorie and Millie March, with her husband.
Holly’s other sister Hayden is also married to Thomas DeGrange. They tied the knot on July 9, 2018. The DeGrange couple is also expecting their first child, due in September 2023.
Moreover, Holly graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Apparel Design and Production Management.
Davis Incredible PGA Tour Record
Thompson has always been watching the PGA Tours, and now he plays in the PGA.
In January 2023, at the American Express, Thompson did something he would have never thought.
On his way to the first-round lead, he added three eagles, beating the then No. 2 (now No. 2) Jon Rahm.
Over the first two days, his play was not only good enough for the lead, but it also matched an incredible PGA Tour record: the most eagles through 36 holes.
Only six other players were able to achieve this feat (five eagles through the 36 holes of a four-round PGA Tour tournament since 1983).
When asked about his record-tying feat by the reporter, he said, “Yeah, that’s pretty cool. I didn’t know. I kind of thought about that a little bit after I made the putt on 7. But yeah, those are always nice. Able to get two-for-one. But, yeah, it’s pretty cool to have some putts drop and make some eagles.”
Moreover, Davis will compete in a Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village Golf Club from June 1 to June 4, which has a prize pool of $20,000,000.
