He was born on May 7, 1976, to Louis Chighisola Jr and Patricia (Carney) Chighisola.
Louis grew up in Plympton, MA, and attended Dennett Elementary School and Silver Lake Regional High School.
He played basketball, soccer, and football, but his true passion was baseball. He was a talented left-handed pitcher, ending his senior year with a 0.00 ERA.
He attended a few semesters of college before he was signed by the Cincinnati Reds.
Louis played in their farm system from Billings, Montana, to Chattanooga, Tennessee.
He went to spend many years living in Southern California in the neighborhoods of Hermosa and Long Beach.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia of Plympton; his sister Lauren Quinn and her husband Shane of Kingston; his sister Melissa Chighisola and her husband Sam of Denver; as well as his Grandmother Dorothy Carney; his nephews Ryder and Casey, and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Louis was able to be an organ donor and, in death, pass on a second chance to others in need.
The family will hold a private service.
