Denver Nuggets guard Peyton Watson, who is now facing an injury and may return to the game, has supportive parents, Julio and Antoinette Watson.
In Denver’s game against the Houston Rockets, Peyton had to go to the locker room with a left‑side injury and was questionable to return.
Medical reports said Watson suffered a trunk contusion and did not return to the game after playing a few minutes.
Recently, he spoke about how his role with the Nuggets has grown, especially with other players injured.

Peyton Watson was born to parents, Julio Watson and Antoinette Watson, in Beverly Hills, California. Peyton was the elder among three childrens.
Both of his parents are American, but their family has African roots.
His father, Julio Watson, works as a medical device representative. Julio is a graduate of Business Marketing from California State University, Long Beach.
He played basketball himself and helped coach Peyton when he was young, especially at the Eastman Club.
Julio was a big influence in getting Peyton started with basketball and supported his early development in the sport.
On the other hand, his mother, Antoinette Watson, works as an event planner.
She has been very supportive of Peyton’s career, attending games and cheering him on as he grew up.

Peyton has said that his family is important to him, and he often talks about their support and guidance as he works in the NBA.
Having the support of his parents, he often credits them in the media. Back in 2021, he even shared a heartfelt message about his parents in a Twitter post, where he captioned;
