Sativa Keelin StClair claimed that a lady named Nicole Michelle Fink tried to abduct her children from the football ground of Salem High School.

Luckily, other children’s mothers at the field intervened, and Fink ran away, jumping off the fence. Later, authorities caught her and gave her a misdemeanor for simple assault.

The criminal record of Nicole Michelle Fink presents a complex and troubling pattern of behavior that spans multiple areas of the legal system.

Her frequent encounters with law enforcement highlight a cycle of violation, deception, and failure to comply with the court’s attempts at supervision.

Her legal troubles are not confined to a single type of offense but instead reveal a multifaceted history.

Her charges for sex offenses, specifically prostitution and adultery or fornication for money, point to activities often driven by complex socioeconomic factors.

However, this aspect of her record is deeply intertwined with charges of fraud, including passing bad checks and, more seriously, obtaining identifying information to avoid arrest.

This latter charge underscores a recurring theme in her interactions with the justice system: a direct attempt to evade accountability.

This is further evidenced by charges of obstruction of justice for falsely identifying herself to law enforcement and failure to appear in court for a misdemeanor offense.

Perhaps the most telling pattern is her repeated probation violation felonies. Additional charges, such as trespassing after being forbidden, complete a picture of an individual who repeatedly challenges legal and social boundaries.

Nicole Michelle Fink Tries to Lure Kids But Only Gets a Misdemeanor Charge

A routine evening of youth football practice at Salem High School turned into a scene of panic and fear for parents, raising serious concerns about child safety and the judicial response to such threats.

The incident began when Michelle Fink entered the football field and began interacting with children she did not know.

According to firsthand accounts from parents on the scene, Fink physically grabbed children by their arms, lined them up, and instructed them to follow her way to the fence.

Terrifyingly, several young children, including her 3-year-old and a 5-year-old, complied and began to follow the stranger.

The situation escalated when the 3-year-old fell and hit her head. Instead of seeking help from a parent or coach, Fink helped the child up and began caressing her.

It was at this moment that a vigilant mother intervened, yelling at the woman and causing her to flee the scene by jumping a fence.

Police were called and located Fink a short time later at the old K&W location, where she was taken into custody.

Fear did not end for the parents involved with the arrest. Sativa Keelin StClair reported that upon arriving at the scene, Salem police were very secretive and withheld information.

Most shockingly, she alleges that she was threatened with losing her job simply for asking the woman’s name.

The outcome of the arrest has left the community reeling. Despite the alarming behavior, Michelle Fink was charged only with a misdemeanor count of simple assault.

She was given a MISDEMEANOR of simple assault… no attempted abduction, nothing. This is Salem, where they always try to protect their reputation and not make the area look like an unsafe place. Salem is NOT safe, and our kids are NOT safe, nor even protected. Keep your eyes peeled, and don’t even trust your children to be safe at a football field on school property.

Sativa Claimed That Everyone in Salem wants to lie on the Police Report

Sativa Keelin StClair is making explosive allegations against local institutions, claiming a concerted effort to distort the truth and bury a serious incident involving young children at a high school football field.

The situation began with an alarming event at the Salem High School football field, and she alleges a woman attempted to take her children.

However, her pursuit of justice has been met with what she describes as a wall of indifference and deception.

StClair’s primary accusation is that everyone in Salem wants to simplify and lie on the police report about what truly occurred.

Her frustration is multi-layered when she contacted Salem High School to inquire if the suspect would be banned from school property.

However, she was reportedly told that the football field is not school grounds. She saw it as a dangerous abdication of responsibility, warning parents that they are not out to help protect their children.

Upon obtaining the police report, StClair found it to be a distortion. She claims it falsely portrays the suspect as trying to leave and the children as following her.

It incorrectly states that the children were hitting each other with sticks while the woman was trying to stop them. StClair vehemently denies this version of events.

Her attempt to file for a protective order at the Salem magistrate’s office was shut down mid-sentence, and she was told to go back to the police department.

Moreover, StClair believes the police took a report solely from the woman accused of attempting to steal her children while ignoring the accounts of parent witnesses.

The Salem Police Department and Salem City Public Schools have not publicly commented on these specific allegations.
