Cayden Boozer, the College Basketball player and the son of NBA legend Carlos Boozer, is in a relationship with Gianna Torres.

The Duke Blue Devil’s man and his girlfriend, Gianna, have been together for more than three years.

Cayden, however, had been dating Gianna for quite some time; they publicly announced their relationship on September 17, 2024.

He wrote an emotional message, “2 years with the person that makes me a better me every day. Thank you for always standing by my side and filling every room you walk into you with light. You are my best friend and biggest supporter, I love you G”

Cayden also celebrated National Girlfriend Day with his partner in August, with a dinner and a night out.

A Supportive Partner

Although Gianna Torres likes to keep her personal and family life more private, she shared how happy she was with the Five-star basketball recruit. “Made the best decision 3 years ago,” she wrote in September 2025.

Giannis, the current Florida State University student, has been supporting her boyfriend from his time at Christopher Columbus High School to his time with the Duke University Basketball Team.

The teenager won the Florida state basketball Championships four years in a row from 2022 to 2025.

Cayden also led the Christopher Columbus High School to the 2025 Chipotle Nationals title. He was also named a McDonald’s All-American and was featured in the Nike Hoop Summit this year.

Cayden at Duke University is also joined by his twin brother, Cameron Boozer, a high school basketball duo.

Both Cayden and Cameron Boozer are committed to playing at Duke University for the 2025-2026 season.

Cameron Boozer, who was named the Preseason ACC Rookie of the Year on October 14, 2025, is living up to the hype, and his twin brother, too, is adjusting well.
