Eagles Fan Ryan Caldwell’s Job at BCT Partners Is at Risk After He Harassed a Packers Fan During the Wild Card Game!

Ryan Caldwell, a long-time employee of BCT Partners, is on the verge of losing his job after his inhuman behavior in the NFL wild-card game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers.

A disgusting video of Ryan Caldwell, an employee of the reputed management consulting firm BCT Partners, has been circulating all over the internet.

In the viral video, Caldwell, an Eagles fan, is seen continuously harassing a woman, calling her an “Ugly dumb c*nt,” who was just happily supporting the Packers.

When the woman’s partner, who was recording Ryan’s inhuman actions, asked him not to use offensive slurs to his fiance, Ryan aggressively stated, “You gonna do anything? shut up, turn around and watch the game.

A family member of the victim took to her Facebook to write that her niece Ally and her fiance, who is a Packers‘ Podcasters, went to the game where Ryan Caldwell harassed her for over three hours for supporting the Packers.

She also added that Ryan’s behavior was disgraceful, and he needs to get banned from ever attending another game.

His actions soon raised outrage among netizens who wanted BCT Partners to fire Ryan Caldwell from his position immediately.

In response to Ryan’s intolerable behavior, BCT Partners took to her official Twitter account to state,

“The management at BCT Partners has been made aware of a video circulating involving an employee making offensive remarks outside of the workplace. BCT Partners denounce this type of behavior, and we take this matter extremely seriously.”

They continued by saying that they had already begun a full investigation as an internal personnel matter to determine what actions they would take against Ryan Caldwell. They sincerely apologize to everyone affected by this behavior.

Ryan Caldwell Joined BCT Partners in 2021!

Ryan Caldwell has been a dedicated employee at BCT Partners for over 4 years. He joined BCT Partners in 2021 as a project manager.

Caldwell currently holds the position of Business Analyst at BCT Partners.

Before that, Ryan served as the Director of Hotel Operations and Opening General Manager of SpringHills at Cohenterprises, Inc.

Likewise, he has been working in the hospitality industry for over 23 years. Ryan began his career at Plamondon Hospitality Partners in 2002 and served his position for 2 years.

Ryan further joined HHM Hotels in 2004 before becoming the General Manager and Bench Specialist at Marriott International.

Regarding his education, Ryan Caldwel earned his Associate of Arts degree from Frederick Community College in 2001 and his Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University in 2003.
