Stephanie Woodard, the owner and head coach of PWR House, has publicly revealed a nearly seven-year-long campaign of harassment, fake reviews, and personal attacks directed at her and her fitness studios.

The campaign, she says, traces back to a previous lawsuit and tensions at a former studio where she was employed.

In a heartfelt post, Woodard wrote,

“I hate that I even have to post something like this, but after nearly seven years of ongoing bullying… I’ve reached my limit.”

According to Woodard, the harassment escalated in the past 24 hours with a new wave of fake accounts, false reviews, and personal attacks aimed directly at her.

Woodard described the ongoing behavior as a mix of resentment and drama that has persisted behind the scenes for years. She explained,

“I’ve dealt with comparisons, disgruntled clients egging on this small-town drama, nasty comments, public harassment… even, recently, an ex-husband literally asking an employee and coach of ours out for a date.”

Facebook

Despite the challenges, Woodard emphasized that neither she nor PWR House engages in attacks against anyone who leaves the studio or has conflicts with her.

I have never—and would never—attack anyone… That is not who I am, and it is not what PWR represents,” she stated.

Woodard urged the local community for support, encouraging members and patrons to report fake reviews on Google and to leave honest feedback about their experiences with PWR House.

She also expressed understanding for those who choose other gyms, noting,

“Truly, that is your right. But please, just leave me alone. Go in peace.”

Facebook

The post has received an outpouring of support from the Fairbanks community. Sarah Didier Newton commented,

“The PWR House will continue to grow and flourish because of the love, care, passion, and support that is shared within all 12 of those walls!”

Facebook

Others echoed similar sentiments, expressing disbelief that harassment could persist in such a tight-knit community.
