Karrueche Tran, the Rumored Girlfriend of Deion Sanders, was seen together when the football coach underwent bladder removal surgery. She previously had a long-term relationship with an NFL Star and Chris Brown as well.
Delon Sanders, the head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes and an ex-NFL professional, had high-grade, non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer that was discovered in early 2025 via a CT scan.
The NFL Hall of Famer had surgery in May 2025; he has now been declared cancer-free and will not require chemotherapy.
Tran, 37, was seen crying and appeared to be highly emotional in an online shared video of Delon’s surgery.

Although neither of them has publicly disclosed their relationship, many believe they are certainly together, given Tran’s past love for athletes.
Karrueche Tran Dated NFL Star Victor Cruz After Split With Chris Brown
R&B superstar Chris Brown was Tran’s first known boyfriend, with whom she dated for approximately five years, starting in 2011.
The couple reportedly broke up due to Infidelity and Child Revelation of Brown with another woman. Tran even filed and won a five-year restraining order in 2017.
After a horrible ending with the singer, Karrueche began dating Victor Cruz in December 2017. During that period, the Wide Receiver was a free agent after being released from the Chicago Bears and eventually retired in August 2018.

The strongest rumor was definitely with Quavo, as they were seen dining together at The Nice Guy in Hollywood and also spent time together in Saint Martin back in 2022.
Due to this rumor, Chris Brown even targeted Quavo and Tran in a diss track, “Weakest Link,”. Though Tran has publicly clarified they were not dating.
