Ricky and his wife, Linnea Miron, have been together for over eight years, and together they’ve launched ventures such as Highsman and Real Wellness.

Ricky Williams is a former NFL running back best known for his powerful playing style and his Heisman Trophy win in 1998 while at the University of Texas.

He played 11 seasons in the NFL and had a brief stint in the Canadian Football League.

But these days, he has been involved in his outspoken advocacy of cannabis use in professional sports.

He’s pushing for the NFL to allow cannabis as a treatment option for players after games, instead of relying solely on pharmaceuticals like Ambien or Vicodin.

He believes cannabis can help players manage pain and recover more naturally.

Moreover, he’s also the founder of Highsman, which offers curated cannabis products and apparel, and Williams uses it as a platform to challenge stigma and promote authenticity.

Ricky Williams Has Been Married Twice!

Ricky Williams, now legally known as Errick Miron, has been married twice. His first marriage was to Kristin Barnes in 2009.

However, his first marriage ended after he developed feelings for Linnea Miron, a commercial real estate lawyer.

Later, Ricky ended his marriage to his then-wife, Kristen, with their divorce being finalized in June 2016.

A year later, he is married to Linnea Miron, and their partnership is as dynamic off the field as it is in business.

Linnea is a former commercial real estate attorney who transitioned into entrepreneurship.

Born on March 4, 1978, in Eastport, Maryland, Linnea is the only child of Michael Miron and Shelley Row.

She attended Severn School in Maryland, earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from Duke University, and later received her law degree from Vanderbilt University in 2003.

She’s the CEO and co-founder of several ventures they run together, including Highsman, a cannabis lifestyle brand, and Real Wellness, which offers herbal-based wellness products.

They met in 2015 and got married on June 23, 2017, at exactly 7:25 p.m.

In fact, Ricky even took Linnea’s last name to create more balance in their relationship, saying his fame often overshadowed her in social settings.

Together, they’re not just a couple; they’re co-creators of a lifestyle rooted in wellness, astrology, and authenticity.

Regarding his children, Ricky is a father to seven children from different relationships.

With his current wife, Linnea Miron, he shares two children, Kekoa and Marley Williams.

From his previous marriage to Kristin Barnes, he has three children, and he has also fathered others, including Prince, Elijah, and Asha.

He’s been fairly private about his kids overall, but he’s spoken about how fatherhood has deeply influenced his journey toward self-awareness and healing.

His focus on wellness, astrology, and emotional balance appears to extend into his parenting approach as well.

In Case You Didn’t Know

  • Williams was drafted fifth overall by the New Orleans Saints after the team traded its entire draft to acquire him in 1999.
  • By retirement, he had rushed for over 10,000 yards and scored 66 rushing touchdowns.
