NFL veteran Brad Hopkins shares the spotlight with his accomplished wife, Kristen Hopkins.

Bradley D. Hopkins built a remarkable career in professional football that spanned over a decade.

Born on September 5, 1970, Hopkins played as a left tackle in the NFL for 13 seasons, all with the Houston Oilers/Tennessee Titans franchise.

His athletic journey began at Moline High School in Illinois, where he excelled in both football and basketball.

He went on to play college football at the University of Illinois, where he became a standout offensive lineman, earning All-American and All-Big Ten honors during his senior year.

In the 1993 NFL Draft, the Oilers selected Hopkins in the first round. He quickly became a key fixture on the offensive line, protecting quarterbacks and opening lanes for running back Eddie George.

Hopkins started in Super Bowl XXXIV and earned two Pro Bowl selections during his career.

He retired in 2006, one of the last players remaining from the original Houston Oilers roster.

Today, he serves as an analyst for SiriusXM Radio, sharing his expertise on multiple sports channels.

Brad Hopkins’ Wife Is a Corporate Leader Making Her Own Mark Beyond the Football World

While Brad Hopkins thrived on the football field, his wife, Kristen Hopkins, built her own impressive career in the corporate world.

Kristen is a seasoned and dynamic Global Head of Talent Acquisition, bringing more than a decade of experience in recruiting, human resources, and organizational development.

She currently holds a leadership position at Cordance, where she oversees international hiring efforts and talent strategies across multiple industries and regions.

Kristen’s career reflects versatility and deep industry insight.

She has successfully led recruitment campaigns across the United States, Europe, and Latin America, specializing in technical, executive, SaaS, and niche roles.

Her time at companies like parcelLab and Flash showcased her ability to implement scalable hiring practices while maintaining a personalized and candidate-centric approach.

With a strong track record of quick turnarounds, diversity-focused initiatives, and a 100% offer acceptance rate in recent roles, Kristen’s expertise extends far beyond basic talent scouting.

Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.

She’s known for designing streamlined hiring processes, implementing bias-free recruitment frameworks, and mentoring both internal teams and prospective candidates.

Kristen’s efforts not only shape company cultures but also contribute to long-term workforce sustainability.

Beyond her professional achievements, Kristen is a dedicated wife and mother.

Together with Brad, she has raised a family grounded in excellence—most notably their son Brycen Hopkins, now a tight end for the Los Angeles Rams.

While Brad dominated the trenches on the football field, Kristen has continued to command the boardroom with precision, poise, and forward-thinking leadership.
