A 26-year-old multi-sport athlete, Connor Peterson, took his last breath on October 22, 2025.
Sadly, his passing came just after 9 days of celebrating his 26th birthday.
Connor Peterson is survived by his parents, Zane Peterson and Elizabeth Haines Peterson, and siblings.
His mother, Elizabeth, took to her Facebook to share a tribute eulogy following his untimely passing. She wrote:
You were the sweetest baby, and you grew into the kindest man. You turned 26 last week, and the days slipped by without much of a celebration. In fact, you prepared your favorite meal and fed the kids because I was working late.
Elizabeth
She added, “You were the best brother, a loving friend, and a willing, gentle son. We were supposed to go on a glass-blowing date on Saturday, and instead of laughter and goofiness, we will miss you forever.“
Born on October 13, 2025, Connor was a 2018 graduate from Franklin High School in Franklin, MA. He was a multi-sport athlete who played varsity football and basketball.
Standing at 6’5″, he excelled as a tight end and wide receiver in football, wearing jersey #87. Whereas he played as a center in basketball, wearing #11.
During the 2016-17 football season, he made notable contributions, including 140 receiving yards with seven receptions in a win against Taunton, 41 yards with three receptions in a win against Attleboro, and 24 yards with two receptions in a loss to Oliver Ames.
Following his graduation, Connor went to Tabor Academy.
