Steven Oleksy, an American ice hockey defenseman and the husband of WWE legend Hulk Hogan’s daughter, Brooke Hogan, has parents of American nationality.

Born on February 4, 1986, in Chesterfield, Michigan, to parents Andrew (Andy) and Susan (Sue) Oleksy, Steven was raised alongside his brother, Daniel.

The Former Ice Hockey Defenseman Steven Oleksy Has American Parents Who May Have Polish Origins!

While many details about his parents are not publicly known, his father, Andy, was also involved in sports and worked as a coach during his prime.

According to his Instagram profile, Steven’s father is also a cook, a loving dad, and an electrician.

In an Instagram post, Andy even mentioned that hockey runs in the bloodline, hinting that Steven’s family has roots in a sports background.

Details about his mother have not been disclosed, but what is known is that both of his parents have been very supportive of his hockey career.

Steven was raised in Michigan his whole life, and both his father and mother appear to follow American culture, making them American by nationality.

Although the surname Oleksy appears to have Polish origins, suggesting that his paternal heritage may trace back to Poland, both of his parents are considered American.

Therefore, there is a chance that his grandparents and great-grandparents, however, likely originated from Poland.

In addition to having supportive parents, Steven himself is the parent of twins that he shares with his wife, Brooke.

Steven Oleksy and Brooke Hogan welcomed fraternal twins, a son and a daughter, on January 15, 2025. Their children are named Oliver Andrew Oleksy and Molly Gene Oleksy.
