Former Las Vegas Raiders star Carl Paul Nassib was born on April 12, 1993, in West Chester, Pennsylvania, United States, to athletic parents Gilbert Paul and Mary Fischer Nassib.

Furthermore, Carl Nassib’s mother, Mary Fischer-Nassib, is the co-founder and CEO of Sow Good Now, a non-profit organization based in Newtown Square, PA, that provides high-school and college athletes with opportunities to share their time, talent, and treasures.

Mary established her non-profit organization in 2018 and has been helping athletes for over 6 years.

In addition to running her non-profit organization, Mary Fischer-Nassib is providing her expertise in finance as an Ambassador of FinServe Network.

Mary Fischer-Nassib earned a BA in Economics from Villanova and a CAP designation from the American College of Financial Services. She worked nearly nine years at Vanguard and two years at Wells Fargo Private Bank in philanthropic advising roles.
