As per court documents, former NFL star Earl Thomas is separated but not yet officially divorced from his wife, Nina Thomas, who has been charged with allegations of defrauding him out of over $2.7 million.

The former NFL star Thomas first crossed paths with Nina in high school. The high school sweethearts dated for about a decade before walking down the aisle.

Despite their lengthy time together, their seemingly sound relationship took a downturn in 2020, leading to a series of legal issues.

Nina filed for divorce in 2020, but things took a dramatic turn as she allegedly engaged in several outrageous activities.

She committed multiple crimes, including conspiracy to commit fraud and money laundering, while their divorce was not yet finalized.

Although the two spent over a decade together, their relationship worsened, leading to a dramatic ending marked by public clashes and legal battles.

Earl Thomas Claims That Nina Took or Misused Over $2.7 Million of His Money Without Consent!

Earl Thomas tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend, Nina, in April 2016 in a lavish ceremony.

They welcomed their first child, Kaleigh Rose Thomas, in September 2012, long before their wedding.

A year after their wedding, they welcomed their second child, Kamila Thomas, in November 2017 and their youngest, Vee Thomas, in December 2018.

Their relationship went sour after years of being together and raising their kids.

In 2020, Nina filed for divorce, citing Earl’s infidelity as the reason for the split. However, things became heated after another incident took place that showed harmful behavior on Nina’s part.

According to reports, Nina allegedly threatened Earl with a loaded gun during an incident in April 2020.

The former NFL star even posted a video expressing his thoughts on the media coverage of his life matter with his wife.

Further, the New York Post reported that after filing for divorce, Nina and an accomplice began transferring over $2.7 million from Earl’s accounts into their own starting in September 2021.

According to TMZshe used some of his funds for personal expenses such as breast implants and a Hermes Birkin bag.

In 2023, authorities arrested Nina’s new boyfriend for stealing Earl’s identity in a $1.9 million scam. Additionally, authorities accused him of stealing from the NFL star’s bank account and transferring ownership of several vehicles.

As a result, authorities took Nina into custody, charging her with conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud money laundering, and aggravated identity theft.

However, not only Nina but Earl has done some questionable things that have led him to face legal issues.

Previously, a judge had also granted a restraining order after Earl had allegedly attacked her while drunk a day after Christmas in 2021.
