Former right-back Daccus Turman tragically passed away in Augusta on Tuesday.

Daccus Turman was a running back for the South Carolina Gamecocks from 2004 to 2006.

A native of Washington, Georgia, Turman wore jersey number 32 and contributed to his team in short-yardage and goal-line situations.

He recorded 185 rushing yards and one touchdown.

Over his two active seasons, Turman totaled 430 rushing yards and five touchdowns, along with 88 receiving yards.

Loss a great teammate today, and it’s true life is day to day we never know when its our day. Daccus Turman was a teammate that everyone loved. I’ll never forget this play and I’ll never forget get being in the huddle and every play he would ask WHAT I GOT 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️. A true man of God rest well my boy.
