The community of Kingfisher and Yukon, Oklahoma, is mourning the death of Brandy Allred, 42, who passed away on September 22, 2025.

Born on August 29, 1983, in Denison, Texas, to Kenneth Lee and Lynne Ann (Ross) Allred, Brandy lived a life filled with kindness, creativity, and love for her family.

Brandy grew up in Kingfisher, where she played summer league softball and graduated from Kingfisher High School in 2001.

Even as a teenager, she worked hard, taking on jobs as a lifeguard, a video store clerk, and later as a teller at NBC.

Her dedication to learning and perseverance earned her an associate degree from Redlands Community College, along with the Elks Scholarship in recognition of her academic achievement.

Those who knew Brandy remember her as a warm and generous person.

She had a creative spirit and loved spending time baking, crafting, painting, and gardening.

She admired flowers, old fast cars—especially Mustangs—and never lost her sweet tooth for snacks and treats.

Her love for animals was evident throughout her life, as she cared for many dogs who became part of her family.

Above all, Brandy treasured her role as a mother. Her son, Jaxon, was the light of her world, and she found joy in every moment she spent with him.

Brandy also valued the time she shared with her parents, family, and friends, often enjoying the simple pleasures of nature walks, laughter, and cherished conversations.

Brandy’s death leaves a deep void in the lives of those who loved her.

She is survived by her beloved son, Jaxon; her parents, Kenneth and Lynne Allred; her grandmother, Caroline Johnston; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will carry her memory forward.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Nicholas “Nick” Allred, and her grandparents, Donald and Ernestine Sawyer, along with other cherished relatives.

The community will gather to honor her life in a funeral service on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Frontline Ministries in Kingfisher.

Burial will follow at Kingfisher Cemetery. Friends and loved ones may pay their respects during the viewing on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Wilson Funeral & Cremation Service.

Brandy Allred’s death is a heartbreaking loss, but her memory will live on through her son, her family, and the countless lives she touched with her kindness and joy.
