Court records from Hillsborough County, Florida, indicate that Jody Beth Freeman Leavitt filed for divorce from James Pierce Leavitt on February 2, 2022.

The case, categorized as a family-marriage dissolution/divorce, was filed in the 13th Judicial Circuit Court at the Edgecomb Courthouse in Hillsborough, Florida.

Similarly, the dissolution of the marriage was finalized on December 5, 2023; however, neither Jim Leavitt nor his wife, Jody, has officially confirmed the divorce yet.
