Before meeting Dan Snyder, Tanya worked as a fashion model and a clothing representative, earning six figures annually.
Her first marriage, at age 20, to jewelry salesman Art Foreman ended in divorce after two years.
It was in 1993 that Tanya met Dan Snyder on a blind date, and the couple married a year later. The couple have three children, Tiffany, Gerry, and Brittanie, and reside in Alexandria, Virginia.

Tanya Snyder is a celebrated advocate for breast cancer awareness, having co-founded the NFL’s “Think Pink” campaign in 1999.
Partnering with Zeta Tau Alpha, the initiative distributed thousands of handmade pink ribbons at FedExField, sparking the NFL’s October tradition of promoting breast cancer awareness.
Tanya’s battle with breast cancer in 2008 further solidified her dedication to the cause, and she has since been cancer-free.
