A beloved son and brother, Ethan Michael Fike, passed away untimely on November 1, 2025, at the young age of 19 years.
Sadly, he took his last breath just under a month after his 19th birthday. Thus far, the precise details surrounding his untimely passing remain concealed.
Ethan Michael Fike is survived by his father, Shane Fike of Butler, and his two sisters, Athena (fiancé, Brady Long) Fike and Addison Fike.
He was preceded in demise by his mother, Amanda Fike, who passed away on October 10, 2021.
Ethan was a loving grandson to his paternal grandparents, Donald (Brenda) Fike and Theresa Shisler, and his maternal grandparents, David and Patricia Maberson.
Besides his father, sisters, and grandparents, Ethan also leaves behind two aunts, Casondra Brooks and Shandi Linthicum, and three uncles, Kristopher (Dulce) Maberson, Donald (Crystal) Fike, and Dustin (Brittany) Fike.
Born on October 5, 2006, in Fort Wayne, Ethan, as a wrestler, was one of the strongest out there on the mat, but he always played fair.
Whether he won or lost, he stayed respectful, humble, and kind.
Ethan was passionate about boxing, weightlifting, and all aspects of fitness and health. But it wasn’t just about strength; it was about discipline, pushing hard, and improving himself every day.
He was a senior at Garrett High School in Garrett and had previously attended Eastside High School in Butler.

School wasn’t just a place he went to; he made it better for everyone. He made sure everyone felt noticed, helped, and motivated.
Ethan was the guy with the best jokes who would light up every room.
He was baptized and went to church at Corunna United Brethren in Christ Church in Corunna.
Above all, Ethan had the biggest heart; he cared about his friends and loved his family more than anything.
Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at County Line Church of God, 7716 North County Line Road E, Auburn.
Reportedly, the funeral service will follow right there at 1 p.m., with Pastor Gabe Pranger leading it.
Whereas, he’ll be buried afterward in Christian Union Cemetery near Garrett. Helping carry the casket will be Eli Pilon, Lane Reed, Tyson Fike, Hunter Ellinger, Jake Warstler, Sam Pittman, Lane Snyder, and Linkin Carter.
During this challenging time, we pray for the strength of his father, sisters, friends, and extended family.
