Quintavious I. Williams was born on July 29, 2000, in Athens, Georgia. Quin was the son of Patience Ingram and Joseph Williams.
Raised with love and support, he grew into a gentle giant, standing 6’3” tall with a heart to match his stature.
Quin eventually settled in Rutledge, Georgia, where he was living at the time of his passing. His journey, however, began at Morgan County High School, where he first showed his incredible talent on the football field.
Under the guidance of Coach Bill Malone, Quin blossomed into a standout athlete.
ESPN Recruiting ranked him as a four-star recruit and the No. 20 outside linebacker in the nation.
As a sophomore, he earned an honorable mention all-state selection by the Georgia Sports Writers Association (GSWA).
But beyond the stats and accolades, those who knew him remember Quin for his character.

His Georgia Southern college career was filled with highs, including being part of the 2018 Camellia Bowl Championship team, which gave him and his teammates a moment of pride.

Known for his tenacity and teamwork, Quin earned numerous accolades during his time with the Eagles.
However, his final season in 2022-23 was cut short. Diagnosed with a medical condition before the Georgia State game, Quin was sidelined for the remainder of the year.
Despite this setback, he remained firm.
He completed his Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2021, focusing on Sports Management, Public Relations, and Business. This shows his strong will to succeed both in sports and in life.
Quin was a hard worker with a grounded spirit.
For four years, he worked as an animal caretaker and farm laborer at Godfrey Farm, embracing the simplicity of agricultural life.
After graduating, he explored other paths, spending three months as a pipefitter and welder at IMMEC Inc.
Since October 2023, Quin has been a tax appraiser for the Board of Assessors. This role showcases his adaptability and commitment to building a future.

He would always text me on my birthday and say “Happy Birthday Coach V.” He was always thoughtful of others, and I’m going to miss you Quin.
