However, he was later transferred to the University of North Carolina for his senior season in 2004.

Despite his contributions on the field, Sensabaugh faced challenges off the field, being arrested three times during his tenure with the team.

Consequently, the Jaguars opted not to renew his contract after his rookie deal concluded.

Subsequently, Sensabaugh joined the Dallas Cowboys, where he played for an additional four seasons from 2009 to 2012.

His association with the Cowboys was significant, culminating in a ceremonial gesture.

Specifically, on May 9, 2013, Sensabaugh inked a one-day contract with the Cowboys, allowing him to retire as a franchise member.

Commits To Mizzou

On the eve of national signing day, Jaren Sensabaugh, a defensive back from Ensworth, announced his commitment to the University of Missouri football program over the University of Tennessee.

After decommitting from Vanderbilt on November 12, he became a notable late target for Tennessee. He garnered offers from North Carolina State, Missouri, and UCLA after his decommitment.

When Sensabaugh initially committed to Vanderbilt in June, he was their second-highest-ranked cornerback in the 2024 class as per the 247Sports Composite ranking.

His decision to join Missouri marks him as the 19th commit for their 2024 recruiting class.

Although Sensabaugh’s initial commitment was to Vanderbilt, his inclination towards staying in-state shifted upon being drawn to Missouri.

The allure of joining the 2024 Tennessee State Champions proved irresistible, leading him to choose Mizzou over other options.
