Elle was born in Springfield, Missouri, on May 24, 1994. Her amateur career began in 2016 at the Adrenaline Fight League.
A Fighting Alliance Championship veteran, Elle made her professional MMA debut in October 2020.
Since her debut, she has participated in 6 fights with a record of 5-1-0. The Ruthless won five contests straight, out of which four wins came from submission.
Sadly, her first and only defeat came on October 07, 2022, against Celine Haga by unanimous decision.
The fighter has not entered the cage since then. One of the reasons for absence is because of the injury.

The UFC fighter faced off with then-girlfriend Elle Wagman and Laura Sanko in a 2v1 grappling match. Sanko is a former fighter and current ESPN reporter.
The story dates back to January 2020, when the ladies challenged Dawson in the gym to see who would come out on top. Surprisingly, Dawson won the challenge.
Despite the effort put in by Elle and Laura, Dawson still managed to stand tall.
Although it was not looking good for the UFC lightweight at first, the table turned as soon as he managed to rise off the mat and pin the duo.
Grant posted the video of the match on his Instagram account on September 1, 2022. He even teased the ladies for a second round via the caption.
