A tragic accident occurred in Cape Coral, Florida, where a father, Christopher Patrick, and his 12-year-old son, Carson Patrick, died after their car crashed and went into the water.
Both were taken to the hospital, but sadly, they did not survive.
Carson was a student at Gulf Middle School and was very active in the local youth football league.
He often helped as the water boy and enjoyed playing football and spending time with younger kids.
The crash is still being investigated, and the community is coming together to support the family during this difficult time.

Moreover, Jimi Walton recalled meeting Carson three years ago when his older brother played quarterback.
Carson eagerly volunteered to help on the sidelines, eventually becoming the team’s top waterboy thanks to his enthusiasm, kindness, and love for the game.
Jimi called him “Number One,” a nickname that stuck because of his bright spirit and dedication.
He also spoke warmly about Chris, describing him as a proud military veteran, a loyal friend, and a strong, caring father.
…My heart goes out to Brandi and the entire Patrick family. We lost two incredible people, but their legacy and the impact they had on all of us will never be forgotten.

Thank you, God, for bringing these two great souls—and the rest of the Patrick family—into my life.
Chris and Carson, it’s the end of the 4th quarter, and you will be missed until we meet again on the great gridiron in the sky.
Rest easy, Chris and Carson. You’ll always be remembered.
