The American-born golfer Harry Higgs has a younger brother named Alex Higgs, who not only shares his golf passion with him but also caddies for him. Both of the Higgs brothers were attendants at Southern Methodist University.
Alex is a former collegiate golfer who now works as a marketing manager.
Harry Higgs currently competes in the PGA Tour, having formerly played in the Korn Ferry Tour. He was the 2019 Price Cutter Charity champion.
The player started his journey playing high school golf at Blue Valley North High School. Later, he played college golf at Southern Methodist University for the SMU Mustangs.

Reportedly, Alex had a spell as a professional golfer before regaining his amateur status. He began serving as a caddie in February 2020.
Similarly, Alex caddied for Harry when was a senior at SMU. He also competed at the U.S. Amateur Championship in 2013 and was placed second at the Kansas City Amateur in 2014.
Playing through the ranks from his sophomore to senior seasons, Alex competed in many tournaments. He was the Mustangs’ best finisher in multiple events.
Finally, the Mustang amateur rounded off his career with a tied-for-20th finish at the American Athletic Conference Championship.
Harry admires his younger brother’s abilities on the bag and considers him one of the best caddies in the game. In the same way, he appreciates Alex for tolerating the nuances coming out of the player’s demonstrative personality.

The caddie gave up his chance to play in the U.S. Amateur Four-Ball at Chambers Bay that weekend in order to carry the bag for his big bro. As a result, Alex didn’t make it to Chambers.
